Every year the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and the Medical Alumni Association hosts a weekend-long celebration for all medical school graduates.
We hope you will return to the medical campus and join us to experience the School’s growth and attend the wonderful variety of events that we have planned
This year we will commemorate reunions for the Classes of 1960, 1965, 1970, 1975, 1980, 1985, 1990, 1995 and 2000.
The festivities begin with Continuing Medical Education (CME) courses, general information sessions, tours of the campus by our medical students and the John G. Clarkson Freshman Pinning Ceremony. In its tenth year, the freshman pinning ceremony was renamed in 2006 the John G. Clarkson Freshman Pinning Ceremony in honor of our most recent dean emeritus.
A casual dinner reception will follow, hosted by Dean Pascal J. Goldschmidt, M.D., in honor of our returning alumni, faculty, medical students and their families. There will be a reserved seating area for reunion classes.

Additional CME courses, general sessions and tours are offered in the morning, prior to the Scholarship Donor Recognition Luncheon, which affords our medical school scholarship recipients the opportunity to meet and thank the alumni and friends who provided them with support throughout their academic careers.
On Saturday evening, all alumni are invited for cocktails prior to the Alumni Awards Banquet and reunion celebrations at The Biltmore Hotel, in Coral Gables, where we will present the School’s most prestigious awards to alumni who have achieved national or international recognition for outstanding contributions in academic, research or societal aspects of medicine.
Room reservations can be made directly with The Biltmore Hotel at 305-445-1926 at a cost of $235 per night, and excellent rate for high season in South Florida. Please tell them you are with the University of Miami Medical Reunion group.
