To all Medical School Employees:

I am pleased to announce that the University of Miami employee satisfaction surveying has begun.  I want to personally encourage each one of you to participate in this survey, because it covers issues of great importance to our employees and our School.  The survey is available online and takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete. 

It is a critical focus of our strategic plan to make the Miller School of Medicine a great place to work.  Toward this goal, I pledge to personally review the results of the survey.  In addition, results will be reviewed by my leadership team, and actions will be taken to address the issues that you raise through your responses.

Please find time to help us understand how to make the Miller School of Medicine the best possible place to take care of patients, participate in research and educate the physicians and scientists of the future.

Information about the survey:

The survey takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete and is done online.

The survey is anonymous.  All responses are collected and summarized by the Office of Institutional Research.  Schools and Departments will receive responses only in aggregate. 

The survey will remain open through July 27.   

Each of you will receive an e-mail at the address identified on your myUM account.  This e-mail will provide you with a unique link to the online survey that allows you to take the survey and store your responses in case you need to leave and return to the survey.
