Dear Colleagues,

During the last year and a half, we have focused on making UHealth – University of Miami Health System a world class academic medical destination for health care. We have directed our efforts to becoming a patient-centric organization emphasizing our motto “If it's right for the patient, it's the right thing to do.”

As each of you are aware, this success has included working closely with our coaching partners at the Studer Group. We are excited to have Quint Studer, founder of the Studer Group, visit our campus on August 13. On that day, Quint will meet with me, the clinical chairs, division chiefs and other UHealth senior leadership. In each session, Quint will ask us to share our thoughts and ideas concerning our UCare journey thus far.

To maximize these sessions with Quint, I am asking that you take a few minutes to fill out a quick survey. The information gathered through the survey process will facilitate our discussions with Quint and help develop an action plan for our next Leadership Development Institute. Please know that the survey is completely confidential and will take less than 5 minutes. I am hoping for 100 percent participation.
