Immunophenotyping (cell surface and intracellular markers)

Immunophenotyping is offered in whole blood or isolated PBMC using 4 or 7 color assays

T cells:
- Maturation markers defining Naïve, Memory, and Effector populations
- Natural Regulatory T cell markers
- Co-stimulatory molecules expression (e.g. CD28, CTLA-4, PD-1, PDL-1)
Dendritic cell characterization
Monocyte/macrophage characterization
