Professor & Chair, Emergency Medicine Professor of Medicine Mount Sinai Medical School NY,NYDr. Sheldon Jacobson's academic interests include emergency department operations, patient satisfaction, daculty development, patient access to health care and medical education. His clinical interests include errors in emergency care and decision analysis. During his tenure, the academic department became responsible for the academic programs at seven clinical sites with a faculty more that 110 emrgency physicians. These sites currently provide clinical services for approximately 430,000 visits annually.
