Perioperative Management of the Cardiac Patient - Too Much of a Good Thing?

Upon completion of this activity, physicians should be able to:
1. Estimate the risk of cardiac complication from surgical procedure.
2. Manage cardiac patients undergoing general surgery.
3. Manage anticoagulants and antiplatelets during surgery.
