The Office of HIPAA Privacy & Security has prepared HIPAA training materials for the University of Miami workforce. These materials consist of presentations which give a basic overview of the HIPAA Privacy & Security Standards. For more detailed guidance on HIPAA privacy and security at the University of Miami, please refer to our HIPAA Privacy and Security Policies and Procedures.

All employees are required to take the Core HIPAA Course — HIPAA Privacy & Security Awareness (PDT-1202) — through ULearn.
