Performance Evaluation Update

PERFORMANCE EVALUATION CYCLE BEGINS
All employees must receive their annual performance evaluations between February
2, 2009 and April 30, 2009. Supervisors must submit completed evaluations to their departmental Human Resources Representatives no later than April
30, 2009.
All performance evaluation overall ratings must be
entered into DHRS by the Departmental HR Reps by no later than
May 1, 2009.
The evaluation forms have not changed since last year. All MSOM employees(exempt and non-exempt) must be evaluated
utilizing one of these two performance evaluation templates. There is a separate form for employees in management positions, which includes the core leadership competencies.
Employees of the University of Miami Specialty Hospitals(UMHC and
ABLEH) will continue to use Halogen's on-line
e-appraisal system. The system will open February 2,
2009.
