Performance Evaluation Update

IMPORTANT CHANGE TO THE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION DEADLINE, NOW APRIL 18, 2008
The deadline to complete the annual performance evaluations has been changed to April 17, 2008. Please communicate this deadline to all supervisors in your departments!
All employees must receive their annual performance evaluations between February 1, 2008 and April 17, 2008. Supervisors must submit completed evaluations to their departmental Human Resources Representatives no later than April 17, 2008.
All performance evaluation ratings will be submitted in DHRS by the Departmental HR Reps by no later than April 18, 2008. Evaluation ratings must be submitted in order for employees to receive merit increases.
Attached are the links to the new evaluation templates. The forms are also located on the Medical Human Resources website under “Forms”.
