Welcome to the Division of Gerontology and Geriatric Medicine at the University of Miami School of Medicine, Jackson Memorial Medical Center. The division is dedicated to the improvement of health, independence, and quality of life of older persons and focuses on reducing the burden of dependent persons through interdisciplinary learning and discovery. Divisional training and research activities are based in interdisciplinary care models established and maintained by the faculty.
