Postdoctoral Position in the Laboratories of Airway Biology

At least one postdoctoral research position is available in the Laboratories of Airway Biology. The laboratories focus on molecular and cellular aspects of the normal and diseased states of the airways.
The project covers a broad area of research including ciliary motion, ion transport, proteases, and glycosaminoglycans. Techniques include live cell imaging using fluorescence and confocal microscopes, cell biology, biochemistry and computational analysis. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain extensive experience in live cell imaging and computational analysis including programming. Experience with live cell imaging (epifluorescence, confocal) and basic cell biology techniques is preferred but not required.
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. Candidates should have a MD, Ph.D. or equivalent with the relevant experience. The position is intended for recent graduates embarking on their first or second postdoctoral fellowship. See contact information below.
