The Division welcomes the opportunity to see patients in consultation for second opinions or for long-term management of kidney disease. Patients seeking an appointment to see one of our faculty should visit the attached link for further instructions:

Patients seeking an evaluation for kidney transplantation should ask their referring nephrologist to fax a referral to the transplant center. Once this is received the patient’s financial clearance will be obtained and an appointment scheduled.
